3. Hosur Road / Attibele — The Value Play

Just beyond Electronic City, Hosur Road offers the best price-per-sqft in South Bangalore. Sobha Townpark (NYC-themed, 33.7 acres) and Brigade Valencia (Spanish-style, 24 acres) are landmark projects at prices 20–30% lower than comparable projects closer to the city.
